Personal training sessions are available to individuals of all ages who seek professional exercise guidance in a semi-private studio setting. We’re located in Arlington TN, just outside of Memphis.

Personal training sessions are available for:

  • Pre/Post-Operative Fitness
  • Sports Specific Training
  • Core Stability Training
  • General Fitness for the Older Population
  • Balance Training

Sessions – Personal training sessions last for 30-45 minutes by appointment only and are purchased with cash payment.

Assessment – Each client will have an initial assessment where personal goals will be discussed.

Plan – A personalized plan will be developed to maximize each client’s wellness potential
