Do you have jaw or ear pain?
Does your jaw click while chewing?
Do you have chronic headaches?
If so, you may have TMJ Dysfunction.

TMJ pain is often a movement dysfunction of the jaw joint. This can be affected by the discs in the TMJ joint, tightness of the muscles attached to the actual TMJ joint, tightness in the upper neck muscles, and stiffness in the joints of the neck. Most clients with TMJ pain often grind their teeth at night. In these cases, clients are referred to their dentist to see if a mouth guard would be appropriate to assist with improving TMJ dysfunction.

Studies have also shown that this treatment technique can also resolve headaches and neck pain that can be caused by pain from the TMJ joint. Also, Dry Needling is a technique that can be used to successfully treat TMJ Dysfunction.
